Panacorp is a business project management company that wants to push humanity to the next level of development. To do that, we are making productive everything is unproductive and creating our own projects and companies for specific issues, as it is the only tool possible. Panacorp is organizing itself as a holding corporation, keeping part of the equity of companies done.

We have just launched Cumbrell.com which is crowdfunding web portal that it helps us to fund our next projects and get projects don't properly developed. In the same time, we are developing a few projects as a shopping center, a franchising restaurant, a scientific research company, and others projects.

As a holding corporation, Panacorp don't get any direct revenue from the business project development or management, but it get the equity of companies when they are done. The equity will generate indirect revenues from dividends or from selling of equity. The equity got is given from a negotiation on case-by-case, however it can be estimated till 49%.

We need the seed investments that will be used to: Working capital for the business, including growing the team; Open a small office in London and a small headquarter in Palermo; Develop by micro-seed investments a number of projects; Please note that there are no marketing costs for us and the company currently don't has any loan, then the funds will not be used to repay any loan.

To create and develop projects for third parties, we will find them by customer sources. Direct customers who join by our platform and indirect who come via business partner we work with. Indirect Customers: our partner Cumbrell offers crowdfunding service let us to aggregate projects don't properly done and develop with us. There is no marketing cost to find these projects and investors. Direct customers are who know to Panacorp directly. So, we are developing a strong customer strategy without any marketing spend. These customers come from a variety of avenues: 2) affiliate partners who help introduce us to people have projects . 3) SEO strategy involving the creation of written content on our website. 4) Collaboration with banks and incubators. 5) Events, local fairs, and trade shows. 6) Trade collaboration with online platforms, blogs, vlogs and newspapers.
